Professional History:

Chief of medical staff of Westview Hospital from 1985 to 1986. Currently on the professional staff of many Indianapolis hospitals and nursing care facilities in Indianapolis. Private practice corporation formed in 1980 at 4007 North High School Road. Built a free-standing medical building in 1987, which houses the medical facility. Served in many responsible positions at hospitals, including chief of staff, chief of family practice division, chief of infection control, staff secretary, and member of the hospital executive committee.

Currently licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. Eligible for medical licensure in all states within the United States, Dr. Terry J. Mandel is a diplomat of the National Board of Examiners. Controlled Substance Registration Certificate is held in the state of Indiana.

Instructor/ Trainer in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, successfully completed courses in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. A diplomate of the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Medicine Physician and Surgeons. Honorary Deputy Sheriff of Marion County. Member of several honorary fraternities including Rho Chi Society, Sigma Sigma Phi, and Phi Eta Sigma. Ham radio operators license obtained for assistance in case of natural disasters.
